The Da Faccini restaurant wine list

Sassicaia? Bricco dell’Uccellone? Bollinger? Of course there are.
But the selection of wines in our restaurant is a real selection. It is not simply a proposal of wines built on the basis of what the guide or the fashions of the round do talk about one wine rather than another.
Our wine list is built through the reasoned tasting of the wines, together with our dishes, to understand what this combination could convey. This is why we rely on the experience of Massimo and Alessandro who have made wine their professional passion and who are interested in offering wines to accompany our cuisine.
It so happens that it takes less than two kilometers from the door of our restaurant to find one of the most interesting wine producers: it is Casa Benna, which we have always considered the “home wine” but which has always amazed us for the structure that its red wines can take over time.
Or just go up the first hills surrounding Castell’Arquato to find a product similar to the Austrian Eiswein or Canadian Icewine produced by the Croci family.
This is why building the wine list is an art. Of course, we are very happy to find at the table a passionate interlocutor who knows how to independently choose a label to associate with our dishes, but we will be just as happy to make our experience available to advise you on a selected and perhaps unexpectedly interesting product.
